sparkling water

Steps:

  • Place mint leaves and lime juice in a glass and muddle them together for 1 minute.
  • Add the honey simple syrup.
  • Add the sparkling water.
  • Garnish with lime slices, a sprig of mint, and/or fresh fruit.

  • Blend the mixture until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a highball glass .
  • Rinse out the blender. Add the strawberry puree, lime juice, simple syrup, and the remaining 1/2 cup of ice.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth.
  • Slowly pour the strawberry-lime mixture over the back of a bar spoon on top of the pineapple-coconut mixture.
  • Garnish with a strawberry. Serve and enjoy.

1 sugar cube
ginger beer, to serve
of fresh mint, to garnish (optional)

Steps:

  • Place the fruit in the bottom of a mixing glass.
  • Add the sugar cube and a dash of ginger beer.
  • Muddle to release the juices.
  • Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Top with ginger beer.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint on top of the drink if desired.
  • Serve with a straw.
