- Mix cajun seasoning, pepper and cream cheese and spread on one slice of bread. add turkey and cheese and cover with other slice of bread.

- melt butter in a saucepan and then whisk in flour to form a roux.
- whisk milk into pot.
- then stir in cheese and stir until thick and well mixed.
- Add in ketchup and serve cheese over fries.
