LOW CARB ALMOND FLOUR CRACKERS

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together water and oil.
- In another bowl, combine flour, salt, and herbs.
- Stir wet ingredient mixture into dry. Mix to combine. The dough will be crumbly, but should stick together when pressed.
- Transfer dough to a sheet of parchment and press flat with hands. Top dough with another sheet of parchment and roll out with a rolling pin, about ⅛-inch thickness.
- Remove top parchment and cut dough sheet into squares. (Mine were about 2-inch squares.)
- Transfer dough squares to a baking sheet lined with parchment and lightly sprayed.Bake 14-16 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before serving and enjoying!
- Store at room temperature in a sealed airtight container or zip-top bag for up to a week.
- Yields ~40 almond flour crackers (depending on size of cut).

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add almond flour, flax meal, granulated garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mix to combine. Add water, and mix until the mixture becomes one wet ball of dough.
- Pour the dough out onto your parchment-lined baking sheet and shape into a flat circle. Add another sheet of parchment paper on top and roll the dough out into about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Remove the top sheet of parchment and cut your crackers - squares, triangles, circles, etc. -, and separate them so that none of the crackers are touching. I cut mine using a pizza cutter! Sprinkle with flaky salt if desired, and press it into the crackers slightly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until desired doneness - I really prefer these crackers on the lighter side. Allow your crackers to cool on the baking sheet, then move them to an air-tight container.

- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt and and Herbes de Provence.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil and water.
- Stir wet ingredients into almond flour mixture until thoroughly combined.
- Roll the dough into a ball and press between 2 sheets of parchment paper to half inch thickness.
- Remove top piece of parchment paper.
- Transfer the bottom piece with rolled out dough onto baking sheet.
- Cut dough into 2-inch squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
- Bake at 350° for 9-11 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Let crackers cool on baking sheet for 20 minutes, then serve.
