FROSTED CINNAMON ROLLS
These pretty cinnamon rolls are absolutely marvelous and taste just like the ones sold at the mall. Topped with a sweet cream cheese frosting, they are best served warm with coffee. Or reheat leftover rolls in the microwave and enjoy any time of day. -Velma Horton, LaGrange, California

Steps:
- In bread machine pan, place first nine ingredients in order suggested by manufacture. Select dough setting (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1-2 tablespoons water or flour if needed). , When cycle is completed, turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Roll into a 17x10-in. rectangle. Spread with butter; sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting from a long side; pinch seam to seal. Cut into 21 slices. , Place 12 slices, cut side down, in a greased 13x9-in. baking pan and nine rolls in a 9-in. square baking pan. Cover; let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. , Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks for 10 minutes., In a large bowl, beat frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost warm rolls. Store in refrigerator.

- Blend cream cheese and butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer set on low speed until combined, 30 seconds.
- Add sugar a little at a time on low speed, beating until the sugar is well incorporated, 1 minute.

CINNAMON ROLLS WITH NUTELLA FILLING AND CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
A delicious cinnamon roll made with french vanilla pudding and filled with Nutella. Chai flavoring in the frosting add a nice dimension to an ordinary roll. May take a while to prepare but well worth the wait.

- Melt the water and the butter together. set aside and add vanilla.
- With the stand mixer using the dough hook or in a bread machine add the water and butter mixture, add the pudding.
- next add the warm buttermilk, egg, sugar, salt, flour and yeast then mix the ingredients well with the stand mixer, or the dough setting on the bread machine.
- when the dough is ready, kneed the dough a little bit until pliable. Roll the dough onto a lightly floured surface.
- spread the soft butter around the entire dough. next spread the Nutella just as you did the with the butter.
- mix the brown sugar and the cinnamon together. if you are adding nuts mix those in as well.
- roll up the dough, beginning with the longest side. Slice as many rolls that you can. I usually yield approximately 14.
- place on a buttery pan, then i usually cover them them with a cloth or saran wrap and then set aside to rise twice the original size. Usually takes about an hour. Humidity will make a difference in this process.
- preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- after the rolls have risen bake them for 15 to 20 minutes.
- in a bowl add cream cheese, butter, and 3 tbls. chai powder (I use Caffe D'Vita Enchanted Chai powder) together and mix well.
- add vanilla and gradually add the powder sugar.
- here add the sugar and milk as you obtain the consistency that you want.
- remove the rolls out of the oven and glaze the rolls with the frosting and finish with chocolate of you prefer.

- In small bowl combine water, yeast& sugar.
- Stir until dissolved, set aside.
- In large bowl, mix pudding with milk.
- Add 1/2 C melted butter,egg& salt.
- Mix well, then add yeast mixture& blend well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth, adding a little more flour if needed (this is a soft dough).
- Place in a very large greased bowl.
- Cover& let rise until double in size.
- Punch down& cover and let rise again.
- Roll dough out on a large floured surface to a rectangle, about 34x21" in size.
- Brush the 1 C melted butter over dough.
- Combine brown sugar& cinnamon and sprinkle over butter.
- Roll dough up& cut into about 20 rolls (use dental floss to cut rolls easily).
- Pat each roll as you place it into a large greased pan (this helps keep rolls in shape).
- Let rolls rise in a warm place about 20 minutes.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 20-30 minutes, or until done.
- Beat cream cheese& butter until smooth, beat in vanilla and milk.
- Add powdered sugar& beat until smooth.
- Frost rolls while still very warm.

- In bread machine pan, place dough ingredients in order suggested by the manufacturer. Select "dough" setting on the bread machine. Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing and add water or flour if needed, a Tablespoon at a time.
- When cycle is completed, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Let dough rest 10 minutes. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Roll dough into a 20x10-inch rectangle. Spread with 3 Tablespoons butter; sprinkle with brown sugar/cinnamon mixture. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with the long side; pinch the seam to seal. Cut into 20 1-inch thick slices. Place 12 slices, cut side down, into a greased 9x13-inch pan, and the remaining 9 slices in a greased 7x11-inch pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before frosting.
- In a mixing bowl, beat frosting ingredients until well mixed. Frost warm rolls. Remove rolls from pans and store in refrigerator.
- NOTE: The use of the delay timer is not recommended for this recipe.
