FRENCH MARTINI

Steps:

• Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill a martini glass with ice and pour the cocktail over the ice.

JASMINE MARTINI FOR LOVERS

Steps:

• Place ingredients in a shaker fill with ice. Shake very well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
• Garnish with a lemon slice.

JASMINE MARTINI

Steps:

• Combine the sugar, water, and lemon zest in a pot over medium heat. Gently simmer for 2 minutes until the sugar is dissolved, swirling the pot over the heat now and then - do not allow to boil or get dark. Put the jasmine in a mason jar or glass container and pour the sugar syrup on top; steep for 1 to 2 hours to infuse the jasmine flavor into the syrup.
• In a martini shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, and 4 tablespoons of the jasmine syrup. Shake until frothy and pour into chilled martini glasses. Float a jasmine flower in each glass for great presentation.

VANILLA AND JASMINE MARTINI

Steps:

• Muddle 4 whole vanilla pods with Chambord and vodks in base of a shaker.
• Add Jasmine tea, ice and shake vigorously.
• Jasmine tea should be steeped and cooled ahead of time.
• Pour into a Martini glass.
• Garnish with one split vanills bean.
• Note:.
• With the price of the vanilla beans and Chambord this is a very expensive drink.

VANILLA MARTINI

Steps:

• Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and serve with a candied orange rind.

ICING ON THE CAKE MARTINI

Steps:

• Candy confetti, for garnish
• Add all ingredients, except candy confetti, to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of candy confetti.

CREAMSICLE MARTINI

Steps:

• Place first 3 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Cover with lid and shake well till chilled. Dip rim of 1 martini glass in orange liqueur; dip in sugar to coat. Strain the vodka mixture into prepared glass. Serve.
