VAMPIRO COCKTAIL
Tequila and sangrita are a traditional pairing in my Mexican cuisine, and this Vampiro Cocktail combines the flavors of the high-quality smoky Don Julio tequila blanco with sangrita (a combination of tomato juice, spices, and orange juice) and grapefruit juice. It is called "vampiro" (vampire) because "sangrita" in Spanish means blood, and the taste of the drink has an enjoyable bite with the sweet and spicy flavor profile.

Steps:
- Add the ice cubes and pour the Don Julio tequila (one ounce) per glass.
- Then add the sriracha sauce to the tomato juice and stir.
- This cocktail is all about layering so start with the first layer pouring some of the tomato juice, then add the orange juice and finally the grapefruit juice.
- Garnish with a wedge of fresh grapefruit and a wedge of sweet orange.
- Sip slowly and enjoy with chips and salsa before a big meal.
VAMPIROS MEXICANOS (MEXICAN VAMPIRES)
If you are looking for a real Mexican cocktail, you just found it! This drink combines, in one glass, the best of Mexico: tequila and sangrita (Mexican's favorite tequila chaser). Don't look for cheap tequila; if you like the good stuff, don't be afraid to mix it.

FRESH SANGRITA
Sangrita ('little blood') is the traditional Mexican chaser for tequila. It's a mix of FRESH orange and lime juices with salt and a spicy touch. You can give it the bloody appearance by adding a splash of pomegranate juice - or try using blood oranges when available (they really make it better).
