- Combine rum, blue Curacao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 1 cup crushed ice in blender. Puree on high speed until smooth. Pour into chilled highball glass.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

Steps:
- Add vodka, light rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice and sweet-and-sour mix into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. (Or blend all ingredients with ice in a blender.).
- Strain into a Hurricane glass over crushed or pebble ice. (Or pour from blender into glass with no ice.)
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cocktail umbrella. *Sweet-and-sour mix: Mix 1 part sugar with 1 part water. Add fresh lime juice to taste.

TWISTED BLUE HAWAIIAN COCKTAIL
The Blue Hawaiian is one of my favorite drinks for summer time. Escape to a tropical island in your own home. I made this drink a little different from the traditional blue Hawaiian, by using flavored Coconut Rum. I think the flavored Rum add more flavor. Enjoy and happy summer time.

- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender except for the cherries and whip cream.
- 2. Blend until well blended and icy. Pour into glasses garnish with whipped cream and Maraschino cherries. Enjoy Note this makes two small drinks or one large drink.
