KITTENCAL'S CHICKEN CRESCENT ROLL CASSEROLE
This will also work great with turkey; if you do not have chicken breasts, then use any leftover cooked chicken. If desired you can fill the crescents just with the filling mixture and omit the soup, just brush with butter before baking. They are wonderful just stuffed with the filling! A few members have experienced a soggy bottom, so you might want to consider just drizzling half (or even a little less) of the soup mixture on top and a little around the sides of the crescents, then save the rest of the soup mixture for another time (this will help prevent a soggy bottom). You may use the jumbo crescent rolls and stuff with more chicken mixture :)

Steps:
- Set oven to 350°F.
- Butter a casserole dish (any size to hold crescent rolls).
- In a saucepan, mix half and half cream, 3/4 cup grated cheese (can use more cheese if desired) and undiluted chicken soup (can season with black pepper if desired).
- Heat just until the cheese melts (do not boil).
- For the filling --- (make certain that the cream cheese and butter are very soft) in a bowl, mix the soft cream cheese with butter until very smooth, then add in garlic powder (if using).
- Add in the chopped chicken, onion and cheddar cheese; mix well until combined.
- Add in 2 tablespoons whipping cream or mayonnaise; mix to combine (add in a little more if the mixture seems too dry).
- Season with seasoned salt or white and black pepper to taste.
- Unroll the crescent rolls.
- Place 1 heaping tablespoon chicken mixture (or a little more) on top of each crescent triangle, then roll up starting at the thicker end.
- Drizzle a small amount of soup mixture on the bottom of the dish.
- Then place the crescent rolls seam-side down on top of the creamed mixture in the casserole.
- Drizzle the remaining sauce on top (you don't have to use the full amount of cream sauce, just use as much as desired) and sprinkle with 1 cup (or more) grated cheese, or amount desired.
- Bake for about 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375°. In a saucepan, mix first 4 ingredients until smooth; gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. LEFTOVER TURKEY STUFFED ROLLS RECIPE
This family favorite is a great way to use up leftover turkey from Thanksgiving dinner! Turkey rolls are filled with a turkey cream cheese mixture dotted with mushrooms and green onions neatly wrapped in crescent rolls! This is a great recipe to make ahead and bake later too!

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray.
- Open and unroll the crescent rolls to let them warm up a bit before trying to roll them up.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, butter, and chopped up turkey or chicken. Set aside.
- Saute the mushrooms in a little bit of butter or oil until they are almost done and add the green onions. Continue to saute until the mushrooms are done. Dump into the turkey or chicken mixture and mix well.
- Place about 1/4 cup of the filling on large end of each crescent roll. Fold the crescent roll over the filling and pinch the seams shut.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. The crescent rolls should be golden brown.
- Prepare the sauce while the rolls cool slightly, by thinning down the cream of chicken soup with milk until it is a thick sauce (it will thin more upon heating). Carefully heat the soup in the microwave and serve over the hot turkey rolls.

- In a nonstick skillet, saute celery and onion in butter for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Add turkey and soup; mix well. Remove from the heat., Separate crescent dough into 24 triangles. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray. Roll out the crescent dough and shape it into one sheet, pressing out any holes or perforations to make it complete.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, laughing cow cheese, bacon pieces, and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly onto the crescent roll dough, making sure you go as close to the edges as possible.
- Lay out the 8 slices of ham, covering as much space as possible without overlapping. Lay out the 4 slices of turkey in the middle in a horizontal line.
- Carefully take the bottom edge of the dough and start to fold it over. Use both hands to get both sides done at the same time so the entire length of it rolls up evenly. Roll it up into a "log" shape.
- Move log into the middle of the pan and squish the ends down so that they are closed up and no cream cheese filling comes out while cooking.
- Spray the top of the log lightly with more olive oil spray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Slice width-wise into little "rollups," whatever thickness you chose, and serve.
