Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine cream of celery soup, Cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, mayonnaise, tuna, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and ground black pepper in a 9x5-inch loaf pan; stir until sauce is well mixed.
- Toss the pasta into the sauce until thoroughly coated. Spread the bread crumbs over the top of the pasta mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bread crumbs are golden brown and sauce is bubbly, about 45 minutes.

EASY TUNA PASTA BAKE
Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain and toss pasta with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an ovenproof baking dish.
- While penne is cooking, melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring often, until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add tuna and cook for 2 minutes. Pour heavy cream over tuna and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add penne and toss well. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and cover with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the top is golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.

BEEF STROGANOFF CASSEROLE

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Cook the egg noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions, just until barely al dente (about 6 minutes). Drain. Toss the noodles with the melted butter; set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic until the meat is no longer pink (about 7-10 minutes). Drain.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the condensed soup and the milk. Add the soup mixture to the ground beef. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream.
- Place ⅓ of the buttered noodles in the bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Add ⅓ of the beef mixture over top. Repeat layers two more times. Cover and bake in the 325 degree F oven for about 20 minutes, or just until warmed through. Remove cover, sprinkle fried onions on top, and return to the oven (uncovered) for about 5-8 more minutes. Garnish with parsley just before serving, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 400°
- Prepare baking dish (approximately 1-quart casserole dish) by buttering edges or using pam spray. Set aside.
- Place noodles, and tuna in a mixing bowl. (Flake the tune gently so the pieces are broken apart.
- In a saucepan, melt butter on medium-high. Then add minced onion. Cook for 2 minutes until onion is translucent.
- Add flour while constantly stirring with a whisk. Cook for 2 minutes to cook out the powdery taste and bring out the nutty rich flavor.
- Add milk, and continue to whisk for 5-7 minutes until mixture thickens. Then add cheese, salt and pepper to taste Cook for 2-3 minutes more until all cheese has melted.
- Remove from heat and pour over tuna and noodles. Add peas. Stir to combine.
- Place into a buttered baking dish -- If making ahead, cover the dish with plastic, and place in the fridge. Don't place topping on until you are ready to bake it. (see notes)
- Stir panko and melted butter together and sprinkle over tuna and noodles.
- Bake for 20 minutes and serve.

This is a great Tuna Casserole recipe. My best friend who lives in California requests I make it for her every time we get together. I originally got the recipe off of a bag of Homestyle Country Pasta - Egg Pasta from Costco. You can use any cream soup, but I prefer Cream of Mushroom.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the egg noodles and cook per package directions. A minute or so before the noodles are done, add the frozen peas to the boiling water. Once the noodles are cooked to your liking, drain the noodles and peas and set aside.
- While the noodles are cooking, set another large pot, pan, or skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and swirl until melted. Stir in the flour and continuously whisk for 2 minutes. Continue to whisk vigorously as you slowly and gradually pour in the milk. Stir until smooth and bring to a simmer, whisking regularly to prevent the bottom from burning. Cook for a minute or two until the sauce has thickened. Remove from the heat, stir in the salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Gradually blend in the cheddar until melted, and then stir in the drained tuna and the parsley, if using.
- Stir the drained noodles and peas into the sauce and mix until everything is well coated. If desired, combine the cracker crumbs and the Parmesan in a small bowl and evenly sprinkle the mixture over the entire skillet. Serve immediately.
