TUNA PASTA SALAD
This Tuna Pasta Salad with shell noodles, peas, tuna, celery, and Greek yogurt is fast, healthy, and a dish your whole family can enjoy!

Steps:
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain.
- In a large bowl add chopped onion and celery, peas, cooked pasta, and drained tuna.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayo and Greek yogurt.
- Stir half of the sauce into the pasta mixture and toss to evenly coat. Season with salt and pepper and dried dil, to taste.
- Refrigerate pasta and remaining sauce separately, covered, for 30 min. Stir in remaining sauce and serve immediately.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add salt and the pasta. Cook to al dente (according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice and fresh dill.
- Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Season to your liking with salt and pepper.
- Serve at immediately or chilled. Store in an air-tight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

This is a recipe out of New Idea Magazine and could be good for the kids or the working mum and dad. Preparation and cooking times are estimates (allowing 12 minutes to cook pasta). 3 and 4 bean mix are tinned beans and can be a mix of any 3 or 4 beans for example, kidney, harricot, berlotti and lima - use in Mexican dishes, soups, salads etc.

Steps:
- Drain four-bean mix, rinse and drain.
- Drain and flake tuna.
- Quarter cherry tomatoes.
- Finely chop gherkins.
- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water as per manufacturer's instructions until al dente. Drain well.
- Place pasta, beans, tuna, cherry tomatoes and gherkins in a large bowl.
- Whisk mayonnaise, white vinegar and fresh parsley in a small bowl until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to pasta, tossed until combined.
- Serve pasta salad with fresh fruit (a complete and healthy lunch for adult or child).

- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool the pasta. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, parsley, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the pasta, tuna, peas, celery, bell pepper, and onion. Gently fold together until well coated, making sure not to break up the tuna too much.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Spoon into a serving bowl lined with lettuce leaves. Top with chips just before serving.
TUNA PASTA SALAD

- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package directions. Drain and run under cold water to cool, then drain again. Transfer to a serving bowl.
- While the pasta cooks, pulse the celery, bell pepper and red onion in a food processor until finely minced. Add to the serving bowl along with the tuna and eggs.
- Stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, House Seasoning and relish in a small bowl. Pour over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
- Stir together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container.
LUNCHBOX PASTA SALAD

- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine macaroni and tuna (undrained - the olive oil is key to the recipe). Gently break up tuna while mixing.
