1 cup pina colada juice blend
1 container (6 ounces) vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
1/4 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 cup orange juice
2 bananas
2 cups fresh greens (baby spinach, kale, chard, etc)
1 cup blackberries
2 tablespoons hemp heart seeds
4 teaspoons chia seeds
4 teaspoons ground flax seed
16 ounces frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen mango pieces
1 cup frozen pineapple tidbits
3 teaspoons honey

Steps:

  • Full disclosure...if you don't have a Vitamix, you can still make this smoothie. If you have a less powerful blender, stop the blending periodically. Mix around all the ingredients to make sure everything gets dispersed evenly.
  • In the bottom of your blender, add in 1 cup of orange juice. The liquid needs to be at the bottom to start moving the ingredients around. Add in the 2 bananas in big chunks. I just break them up into about 2 inch pieces. Place 2 cups of your favorite dark greens. I like the mixed bag that Trader Joe's sells and is a nice blend of baby spinach, chard, and kale.
  • Toss in 1 cup of blackberries, 2 tablespoons hemp heart seeds, 4 teaspoons chia seeds, 4 teaspoons ground flaxseed, 16 ounces frozen strawberries, 1 cup frozen mango pieces, 1 cup frozen pineapple tidbits, and 3 teaspoons honey.
  • Blend on low for about 10 seconds and increase the speed slowly to the high setting. Continue to blend for about 1 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
