- Preheat oven to 400°. Toss together first 5 ingredients., Place tilapia in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray; brush with lemon juice. Top with crumb mixture, patting to help adhere., Bake, uncovered, on an upper oven rack until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 12-15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.

BAKED TILAPIA WITH DILL AND SOUR CREAM
These tilapia fillets are baked with a topping of sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped red onion, lemon, and dill, making for a flavorful fish dish.

Steps:
- Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish or a baking dish large enough to hold the tilapia in a single layer.
- Arrange the tilapia fillets in the baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, finely chopped onion, dill, parsley, and lemon juice; spread the mixture evenly over the fish fillets.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Enjoy.

HUDSON'S BAKED TILAPIA WITH DILL SAUCE
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Season the tilapia fillets with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning on both sides. Arrange the seasoned fillets in a single layer in the baking dish. Place a layer of lemon slices over the fish fillets. I usually use about 2 slices on each piece so that it covers most of the surface of the fish.
- Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish is baking, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice and dill in a small bowl. Serve with tilapia.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Season tilapia fillets with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning on both sides. Arrange seasoned fillets in a single layer in the baking dish. Place a layer of lemon slices over the fish fillets. (about 2 slices per fillet so it covers most of the fish).
- Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

TILAPIA WITH CREAMY SAUCE
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place the tilapia fillets on the sheet, and coat them lightly with cooking spray. Spoon the melted margarine over each fillet, then drizzle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Season with lemon pepper and 2 tablespoons of dill.
- Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
- While the fish is baking, combine the cream cheese, 5 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of dill in a small bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds, then stir to blend.
- Place fillets onto serving plates, and spoon sauce around them in a decorative fashion.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil and lightly mist with olive oil.
- Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the fish on baking sheet; mix spices together in a small bowl and sprinkle over fish rubbing in lightly.
- Mist lightly with olive oil and place in preheated oven.

TILAPIA WITH CREAMY LEMON SAUCE
I got this from one of those recipe cards at the grocery store. It uses italian dressing and some cream cheese. I included the fat free ingredients but you could easily use the regular versions. You could also sub in any white fish fillet for the tilapia.

- Heat the dressing in a medium skillet on medium heat. Coat the fish with flour and then add to the pan. Cook 4-5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. remove from skillet, cover and keep warm.
- Add broth and lemon juice to the pan. cook 3 minutes, until it is reduced by half, stirring frequently witha whisk. Add cream cheese and cook until melted, stirring constantly. Pour over fish, sprinkle with parsley.
