All you need for this is one spice! This is how my mom cooks it for our family and everyone loves it. So simple and tasty, Even though I make it myself hers always taste better!

Ingredients

1 lb tilapia fillet
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon (wedges)

Steps:

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning on both sides of Tilapia. More or less seasoning depending on how spicy you pefer it.
Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. When fish flakes it's done.
Serve with lemon wedges.
Note: To reheat this, broil for 8 minutes and it's perfect.

This is a delicious and healthy recipe that takes no time at all to make. You can bake it or even grill it. Tastes great either way!

Ingredients

4 each tilapia fillets
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 dash pepper to taste

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Rinse tilapia fillets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels.
Place fillets in baking dish. Pour lemon juice over fillets, then drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 30 minutes.
