Nov 15, 2024 I love the ingredients in most Tiki Cat (if your cat isn't sensitive to chicken or fish). I've never fed Blue Buffalo as if doesn't look like high quality food to me. Jul 11, 2014 Lower in the report it listed what my cat has been eating: chicken, DOG, Cow. For several years she has eaten canned Tiki Cat Chicken/Duck & Chicken/Quail Egg. A little dry Blue Buffalo Tastefuls. She got terrible ill from a Solencia shot in August & I switched the dry to Tiki Cat Chicken Carnivore for her night meal. . I am shocked and sickened. Mar 2, 2020 Late reply, theyre both really good brands, regular tiki cat stuff has too much fish to feed cats daily, Instinct is great except almost all thier wetfoods are really high fat. The "Tiki Cat After Dark" line I believe doesn't have fish or carbs, is more balanced fat protein ratio but Ive never tried the After Dark flavor personally. From thecatsite.com

Mar 19, 2017 Tiki Cat is a great food, especially the After Dark varieties. I would avoid feeding the formulas with fish in them. The Soulistic Chicken Dinner in Gelee is a good formula but the others have too much fish. I mix up brands to avoid recalls and also to give them better variety. Jan 24, 2021 Hi. I don't know anything about Tiki Cat dry food, so I can't help from that aspect. But, if it were me, I would check all the ingredients/values in the Tiki Cat and then compare those with other dry foods to see which ones might be the closest. Feb 12, 2016 Tiki Cat also has no recalls for their cat or dog food lines. I'm aware that lots of common pet food brands are also made in Thailand; such as Racheal Ray pet food, Wellness, and Weruva. i suppose i'm just nervous to give this brand to my cat simply because it's sourced in Thailand - despite it having 0 recalls, and being made with quality meats.
