  • Lateral Plank Walk. Start in a high plank position with your palms flat on the floor, hands shoulder-width apart, shoulders stacked directly above your wrists, legs extended behind you, and your core and glutes engaged.
  • Bird Dog Crunch. Start on your hands and knees in tabletop position with your wrists stacked under your shoulders and your knees stacked under your hips.
  • Plank With Spinal Rotation. Start in a high plank with your palms flat, hands shoulder-width apart, shoulders stacked directly above your wrists, legs extended behind you, and your core and glutes engaged.
  • Plank to Downward Dog Tap. Start in a high plank with your wrists under your shoulders and your feet hip-width apart. Push your hips up and back to move into a Downward Dog with your heels reaching toward the floor.
  • Forearm Plank Rock. Start in a forearm plank with your forearms on the floor, elbows directly underneath your shoulders, hands facing forward so that your arms are parallel, and legs extended behind you.
  • Mountain Climber. Start in high plank, with your palms flat on the floor, hands shoulder-width apart, shoulders stacked above your wrists, legs extended, and core engaged.
  • Side Plank. Lie on your right side with your right hand directly underneath your right shoulder. Extend your legs and stack your left foot on top of your right, and then squeeze your abs and glutes to lift your hips off the floor.
  • Plank Hop. Start in high plank, with your palms flat on the floor, hands shoulder-width apart (or wider if that's how you usually do push-ups), shoulders stacked above your wrists, legs extended, feet together, and core engaged.
