THISTLE DIP
I made this dip for the reception for Stephanie's Bat Mitvah in 1983 and just found the recipe card again. Cook time is chill time.

Steps:
- Puree artichokes in blender or food processor until very smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Blend in sour cream and spices.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve with crackers.

Steps:
- Drain, chop and spread in bottom of greased shallow baking dish the two kinds of artichoke hearts. Then scatter on top the chilies, mayonnaise and cheese in that order. Bake, covered, at 350*F until bubbly, approximately 20 minutes.
- Serve with chips, veggies, pita bread slices, etc.
