Steps:
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the bacon slices in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer. (It's ok if the bacon overlaps a little)
- Close the basket door and cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (205 degrees Celcius) for 10 minutes.
- Check the bacon after 10 minutes for crispiness. If you would like the bacon to be crispier, add another minute or two of cook time.
- Remove to a plate and blot with paper towels to soak up any excess grease before serving.

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F (187 degrees C).
- Optional step: Add a little bit of water to the air fryer drip tray, to prevent smoking. Use just enough to cover the bottom of the tray below the grate; this was 1/2 cup in my air fryer.
- Arrange the bacon in a single layer in the air fryer rack or basket, overlapping slightly. (Bacon in the air fryer will shrink as it cooks.) Depending on the size and shape of your air fryer, it may help to cut the bacon pieces in half.
- Cook for 6 minutes. Open the air fryer and spread out the bacon pieces so that they aren't overlapping. Cook for 1-4 more minutes for regular bacon, or 3-5 more minutes for thick cut bacon, or until done to your liking.

Yield Makes 3-6 rashers
Number Of Ingredients 1
Steps:
- Lay the bacon in a single layer in the base of an air fryer - be sure the layers aren't overlapping. The size of the air fryer basket will determine how many rashers you can cook at one time.
- Set the air fryer to 200C and cook streaky bacon rashers for 6-10 mins - just-cooked bacon will take 6 mins, but crispier bacon will take 9-10 mins. Cook back bacon rashers for 4-8 mins, depending on your preference. If you are cooking in batches, remember that the second batch will usually be quicker as the air fryer has heated up.
- Remove the bacon using tongs and put on kitchen paper to drain before serving.

- Make sure to wipe out your air fryer to avoid smoking. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F. If you’d like to keep the bacon warm between batches, preheat your oven to 250 degrees F.
- Slide out your air fryer basket. With tongs, arrange the halved bacon slices in a single layer. Make sure they do not overlap (a little bit of touching at the edges is OK). If desired, sprinkle with black pepper. Depending upon the size of your basket and the number of strips you’d like to cook at once, you may need to cook the bacon in batches.
- Cook the bacon for 5 minutes (for thinner bacon) or up to 9 minutes (for thicker bacon), until it reaches your desired crispness. The bacon will curl as it crisps. Check the bacon’s progress frequently to make sure it doesn’t burn.
- Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate and lightly blot. If desired, transfer the bacon to a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven.
