THERMOMIX BANANA BANANA BREAD
A deliciously banana-y banana bread! I adapted this recipe (#25885) so that I could prepare it using my Thermomix machine. This is a very simple recipe - either with the Thermomix or without.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray two small (mine are 8x3 in.) loaf pans with cooking spray.
- Beat the sugar and butter together for 15 seconds on speed 4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add the eggs and bananas. Beat the mixture for 15 seconds on speed 5.
- Add in the remaining dry ingredients and beat on speed 4 for 10 - 20 seconds, just until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

BANANA BREAD THERMOMIX
This Banana Bread Thermomix recipe is so quick and easy you can happily bake up a loaf every week.

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 160C / 320F. Prepare your loaf tin by lightly greasing with butter, dusting with flour and lining the bottom with baking paper.
- Place bananas and vanilla extract in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 5 seconds / speed 5. Set aside.
- Add butter and sugar. Mix 30 seconds / speed 5.
- Add the eggs and mashed bananas to the bowl. Mix 10 seconds / speed 4.
- Add the flour, baking powder and baking soda to the bowl. Mix 20 seconds / speed 5.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared bread tin.
- Bake in the oven for 50-55 minutes, until a skewer comes away clean when inserted into the middle.
- Remove from the tin and allow to cool on a wire rack.

THERMOMIX BANANA BREAD

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 170 degrees and lightly grease a large loaf tin.
- Add the eggs, oil, vanilla extract and bananas (which have been cut into quarters) into your Thermomix bowl. Mix for 15 seconds on speed 6 to combine. You may need to mix for longer depending on how ripe your bananas are.
- Add the self raising flour, caster sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon to your Thermomix bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 5. Scrape down the sides of your Thermomix bowl and mix for a further 5 seconds on speed 5.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 50 - 55 minutes or until the banana bread is golden on top and cooked through when tested with a skewer
THERMOMIX VEGAN APPLE BANANA BREAD
Lots of spices add wonderful flavor to this delicious banana bread. Go as heavy or light as you like. I often add ginger and mace to this recipe, but I didn't have any on hand when I made this loaf - so I just wrote up the recipe exactly as I made it.

- Chop apples 15 seconds/speed 4.
- Add lemon juice and spices to TM bowl. Cook 8 minutes/90 degrees/speed 2. Scrape down,.
- Add the banana, maple syrup, and oil. Puree the mixture 15 seconds/speed 6. Scrape down.
- Add flours and mix 30 seconds/speed 4. Scrape down.
- Add the baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix 20 seconds/speed 4.
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan - mine is 9x5 inches.
- Bake at 375 F or 190 C for approximately 1 hour. Insert a skewer into the center of the loaf to check for doneness.
