PITA BREAD SANDWICHES
When my girls were young, they could not eat a taco without breaking the shell and having a mess! I started making them pita bread sandwiches and they loved them. Adults like them also. Very easy and a quick meal on weekdays when time is short.

Steps:
- brown meat in 10 inch skillet until cooked.
- add onion and cook for 10 minutes.
- add taco seasoning with water and cook additional 10 minutes.
- drain mixture
- cut pita bread in half and "open" pocket.
- place ground meat mixture inside
- put whatever you want inside your taco and serve ranch dressing over the top.

NO-BREAD SANDWICH (PRET-A-MANGER)
I just got back from a trip to London today and we went into this cafe we were recommended called Pret-A-Manger, we were recommended this particular "sandwich". I fell in love with it. I noticed as I was about to throw away the bag that the recipe was on it, so I decided to share with you what I enjoyed so much. All of their products are organic, hand picked and fresh every day. This is one version of the sandwiches.

- French Dressing:.
- Mix ingredients in a bowl add a pinch of black pepper (it's nice to do this an hour or two before using to allow flavour to develop).
- Lay avocado slices in a shallow dish or plate (they use a 15cm sq dish to keep ingredients in neat layers, just like a sandwich but without bread).
- Scatter salad leaf mix into dish.
- Lay cucumber neatly over one half of the salad leaves.
- Arrange crayfish over other half.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pop the three basil leaves on top of the cucumber.
- Drizzle the dressing over your no-bread sandwich and enjoy.

KITTENCAL'S GARLIC BREAD SANDWICH
Makes a great Super Bowl or anytime sandwich, the amounts are only a guideline you may adjust to taste --- for ease I have listed store-bought garlic bread you may make your own using an unsliced loaf of French or Italian bread I make this using my recipe#105726

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Remove garlic bread from the foil wrapping and separate the halves.
- On the bottom half layer turkey, bologna, salami, green pepper, onions.
- Sprinkle black pepper over the onions and peppers, then place the cheese slices on top; top with remaining bread half.
- Place the loaf back into the wrapping and seal (or you may re-wrap with a new large piece of foil).
- Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and the cheese melts (if you want to crisp up the bread slightly then open up the foil wrapping then return to oven to toast the bread).
- Using a serrated knife cut loaf into 6 pieces or as desired.
