Steps:
- Place the artichoke hearts in a food processor container and process until coarsely chopped.
- Combine the artichokes, sour cream, cream cheese, goat cheese, green onions, salt and lemon juice in a bowl; mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm in a chafing dish or at room temperature with crackers.

THE BEST AND EASIEST HOT ARTICHOKE DIP
The title says it all. This is the most crowd pleasing, demanded recipe I have ever made. I know there are thousands of artichoke dip recipes, but this one is slightly different from the others posted (slightly easier!) This is from "The Best of Bridge" series of cookbooks.....and I love it and hope you do too!

Steps:
- Chop the artichoke hearts, mince the garlic clove, and combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Place the mixture in a small casserole dish. It fits nicely in a shallow 9 or 10 inch oval dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F, or until the surface is beginning to brown.
- Serve hot with a soft baguette, crackers or chips. Enjoy!

- Stir in the flour and cornstarch. Add the chicken broth and milk.
- Cook over medium heat until the mixture begins to boil and thicken; stirring frequently; reduce heat.
- Add the cheese and pepper. Simmer until the cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
