Steps:
- Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Add the frozen and shredded potatoes to the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs together. Then add half and half, season salt, cheddar cheese, pepper jack, and chopped ham.
- Pour over the top of the frozen potatoes. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

This is one of our favorite chicken casserole recipes. A chicken casserole that's cheesy, filling, and healthy. Our chicken, broccoli, and rice casserole is made without pre-made soup, it's so easy and even more delicious from scratch.

Steps:
- First, preheat oven to 375ºF and spray a large ceramic casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Next, place minute brown rice, broccoli florets, yellow onion, carrots, and green peas on the bottom of the casserole dish.
- Prepare cheese sauce by placing broth and milk into a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat.
- Once simmering, turn down low/medium and add in 6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Continuously stir until the cheese melts and your cheese sauce has formed.
- Immediately pour over rice and veggies and mix.
- Next, slice chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and add that to the casserole dish and mix making sure everything is fully coated in cheese sauce.
- Bake at 375ºF, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
- Then, add 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 oz. shredded parmesan cheese to the top of the casserole dish and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Let casserole rest on the stovetop for 15-20 minutes before serving to further thicken.

BEST SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE EVER + NUT CRUMBLE TOPPING
I love a couple of things about this recipe. First, it doesn't have the traditional marshmallow topping. The second thing I love about this recipe is its versatility. You can adapt it to just about every eating style out there! GAPS? Grain-free/gluten-free? Dairy-free? Paleo? Egg-free? WAPF? Yep, yep, and yep!

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the ends off the sweet potatoes, and prick each potato several times with a fork.
- Set on a parchment-lined cookie sheet, and bake until soft, 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
- Combine all topping ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Using a pastry cutter, cut in the cold butter until the topping has the feel of wet sand.
- Set aside.
- When the potatoes are soft, remove them from the oven and turn the oven temperature down to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Carefully, remove the skins from the sweet potatoes. They will be VERY hot, but it is much easier to get the skins off when the potatoes are hot than when they are room temperature or cold. You can use a butter knife to help get the skins off more easily.
- Transfer the peeled potatoes to a large mixing bowl, such as the bowl of a stand mixer. If you don't have a stand mixer, you can use a hand mixer.
- Begin mashing the potatoes -- this is why I love my stand mixer!
- While the mixer is running, add the rest of the casserole ingredients -- the eggs, coconut milk, raw honey, coconut flour, salt, and spices.
- Blend until fluffy.
- Spoon into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
- Cover with the crumble topping.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!

- Brown beef in a frying pan and season with pepper and salt- drain all the fat.
- Butter a casserole dish.

- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spray an 8-inch or 9-inch baking pan with high-quality cooking spray and set it aside.
- Brown your ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. If there is any excess fat, drain it in a colander.
- Add the onions to the beef in the skillet and sauté for 4-5 minutes, just until they're translucent.
- Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for about one minute, stirring frequently.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour or spoon the ground beef mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Spread it out evenly.
- Top the ground beef mixture with the condensed cream of mushroom soup and spread it evenly. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Top the cream of mushroom soup layer with the canned green beans. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese liberally over the mushroom soup layer.
- Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the cheddar cheese layer. Be sure to line them up evenly so that you have crispy tots.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or just until the tater tots are a beautiful golden brown and the cheddar cheese is fully melted.
