TWICE BAKED SPAGHETTI
This twice baked spaghetti is cheesy, comforting, and delicious! By baking the pasta you end up with a dish somewhere between lasagna and spaghetti that everyone is bound to love!

Steps:
- In a sauce pan over medium heat melt a decent size spoonful of butter. Dice your onions and garlic, slice your mushrooms, and add it all to your melted butter. In another pan boil your noodles while this cooks.
- Once your onions are good and golden add in your beef and cook fully. As your beef browns shred your mozzarella.
- Once your noodles are done, drain of water. Once your meat is done, drain of grease. Preheat oven to 360 degrees. Then starting with noodles on the bottom layer your noodles, meat, sauce, and cheese in a large baking pan.
- Top casserole with lots of cheese and bake until cheese has melted.
- Serve and Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir beef and onion until meat is browned and onions are soft and translucent, about 7 minutes. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and seasoned salt.
- Whisk eggs, Parmesan cheese, and butter in a large bowl. Mix in spaghetti to egg mixture and toss to coat. Place half the spaghetti mixture into baking dish. Top with half the cottage cheese, mozzarella, and meat sauce. Repeat layers. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake until the cheese is melted and lightly browned, 20 to 25 minutes longer.

I searched repeatedly for a baked spaghetti recipe that was richer- more like my homemade lasagna and could not find it. This is a rich and creamy version. Big hit with the whole family because we are cheese lovers!

THE BEST (AND EASIEST) TWICE-BAKED SPAGHETTI EVER
This is the only spaghetti that may husband raves about. It consists of Barilla whole grain spaghetti, Newmsn's Own Sockarooni sauce & 1 lb of lean ground beef. I inserted the ingredients of the sauce so that the nutritional information would be accurate but some of the ingredient measurements may not be exactly accurate.

- brown ground beef in a skillet and drain any access grease.
- combine spaghetti and ground beef with both jars of sauce in a ductch oven or heavy pot.
- stir until completely mixed.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
