- In a small saucepan, bring the first eight ingredients just to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; set aside., Cook spaghetti according to package directions. , In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry beef in 1/2 teaspoon oil until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. , Stir-fry carrot and red pepper in remaining oil for 3-4 minutes. Add snow peas and onions; stir-fry 2-3 minutes longer or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Return beef to skillet., Drain noodles; add to the pan. Add peanut sauce and toss to coat. Sprinkle with peanuts and cilantro.

- Trim excess fat from beef. Cut beef with grain into 2-inch strips; cut strips across grain into 1/8-inch slices. (Beef is easier to cut if partially frozen.)
- Mix broth, cornstarch, fish sauce, vinegar and brown sugar.
- Spray nonstick wok or 10-inch skillet with cooking spray. Heat over high heat. Add beef, gingerroot and garlic; stir-fry about 3 minutes or until beef is brown. Remove beef from wok with slotted spoon.
- Add carrots and onions; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in beef, water chestnuts and lemon peel; heat to boiling. Stir in broth mixture. Cook and stir about 1 minute or until heated through.
- Serve beef mixture over rice.

- In a small bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients until smooth; set aside. In a large cast-iron skillet or wok, stir-fry beef in 3 tablespoons oil until meat is no longer pink. - Place flank steak in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Whisk coriander, brown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ground ginger together in a bowl until marinade is well combined.

- Make sure you have chopped, weighed out and prepared everything before you start! Also, start cooking rice now. Check out our Jasmine Sticky Rice for how to make it perfectly every time.
- Bring a pan of water to the boil, wait for it to bubble furiously before adding the sliced aubergine (eggplant) and onions.
- After only 2 minutes of cooking, drain and rinse in a colander with the cold water tap, until cold. Set aside. (This process is called blanching)
- Heat oil in a pan, add the thai green curry paste and stir for 1 minute it will melt down as it heats.
- Add beef steak strips, flick the beef strips with a spatula to cover with green curry paste for only 1 minute. It will still be pink, do not wait for it to brown, it will continue to cook in the next steps).
- Pour coconut milk into the pan with fish sauce and sugar. Stir through and bring to the boil.
- Add the previously blanched aubergine and onions into the pan, stir through.
- Turn heat down to medium and add ginger, curry leaves and extra chillies (if using). Simmer for the final 2 minutes.
- Add a handful of chopped fresh basil.
- Serve with rice or noodles, and extra chillies (if wanted).

- Thinly slice the beef across the grain into strips: easier if the beef is partially frozen.
- Combine ketchup, fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Add beef strips, tossing to coat.
- Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to marinate.
- Stir broth, ginger, cornstarch, and crushed red pepper into reserved marinade and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Stir-fry the garlic in hot oil for 15 seconds.
- Add carrots, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add green onion, cucumber, and sweet pepper and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes more or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

- Gather the ingredients.
- Cut steak on the bias (on an angle) into thin 2- to 3-inch-long strips and place in a bowl.
- Make marinade by combining soy sauce , brown sugar, and cornstarch, stirring well to dissolve sugar.
- Pour this over beef and toss. Set aside.
- Make stir-fry sauce by combining stock, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and chiles, stirring well to dissolve sugar.
- Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil, then add shallot or onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry 1 minute to release fragrances.
- Add beef and marinade. Stir-fry until browned, 4 to 5 minutes. Add sherry to keep pan moist.
- Add broccoli and red pepper plus stir-fry sauce. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables have softened but still retain some crunch.
- Stir together cornstarch and water mixture.
- Push ingredients to the side in wok.
- Add cornstarch-water mixture to liquid and stir to thicken sauce. Then stir-fry everything together.
- Switch off heat and drizzle over sesame oil. Taste dish: If not salty or flavorful enough, add more fish sauce until desired taste is achieved. If too salty for your taste, add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice. If not sweet enough, add a little more sugar. Add more chile for more heat. Serve with plenty of Thai jasmine rice. Thai chili sauce also can be served on the side for those who like it extra spicy.
