2 lbs ground beef (or turkey)
2 tablespoons chili powder
4 tablespoons sugar
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 can tomato sauce
3 cans tomato paste
3 -4 cups water
oregano
cumin
salt
chopped tomato
chopped lettuce
chopped green pepper
grated cheddar cheese
sour cream
plain Doritos

Steps:

Simply brown meat and drain.
Place all SAUCE ingredients in crockpot inclucing browned meat and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 8, stirring occasionally.
Serve each plate in this order (bottom to top): Doritoes on bottom, Meat, Sauce, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Green Peppers, Cheddar cheese and sour cream for topping.

1 1/2 ounces french vanilla-flavored syrup
1/2 ounce caramel syrup
1/2 ounce english toffee syrup
6 ounces half-and-half cream
1/2 cup ice
whipped cream

Steps:

Add the espresso, French vanilla syrup, caramel syrup, English toffee syrup, and half & half to a shaker.
Shake well to blend.
Pour over ice in a 16 ounce glass.
Top with whipped cream and additional caramel syrup, if desired.

6 medium potatoes
3 carrots
2 lbs sausage (can use 1 lb mild and 1 lb. hot)
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms
2 (10 ounce) cans tomatoes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
mozzarella cheese

Steps:

Dice and cook carrots and potatoes in boiling wateruntil barely tender;drain.
Fry sausage, breaking into pieces. Remove fat as it accumulates. Dice green pepper and onion. Add with drained mushrooms to sausage. Add tomatoes, worcestershire sauce, black pepper, oregano and parsley. Simmer for 15 minutes. Combine with carrots and potatoes in a casserole. Sprinkle liberally with cheese; put in oven at 450°F for 20 minutes.
