Tequila Watermelon Spritzer Food

Ingredients

8 cups cubed watermelon
1/4 cup fresh lime juice, plus lime rounds, for garnish
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 to 1 chile pepper, stemmed, seeded and chopped
About 2 cups seltzer or club soda

Steps:

Puree the watermelon, lime juice, sugar and chile pepper in a blender until very smooth.
Fill glasses half full with ice, fill halfway with the watermelon juice and add about equal parts (or to taste) of seltzer. Garnish with lime rounds and serve immediately.

2 cups diced fresh watermelon
1/2 cup simple syrup
Juice of 1 lime
Two 8-ounce cans diet grapefruit soda, such as Fresca

Steps:

Place the watermelon, simple syrup and lime juice in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into a small pitcher with ice. Add the diet grapefruit soda and stir. Pour into glasses.
