2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, mashed

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly and marinate steak for one hour.

1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/2 cup green onion, sliced
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
1/4 cup steak sauce
2 tablespoons steak seasoning (Club House Steak Seasoning)
4 (11 -12 ounce) rib eye steaks

Steps:

  • In a food processor combine all ingredients except the steaks; process until well blended.
  • Using a fork prick holes on both sides of the steaks, then place in a shallow glass baking dish or container.
  • Pour the marinade over steaks and turn to make certain that steaks are coated in the marinade.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours (turning once or twice during marinating time).
  • A couple of hours before ready to grill remove the steaks from the fridge and the marinade, place on plates and let come down to room temperature (discard the marinade).
  • Grill steaks until desired doneness.

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 pounds boneless beef round steak (3/4 inch thick), cut into 6 serving size pieces
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/3 cup white wine
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine flour and salt. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon flour mixture over each piece of meat. Pound into meat, turn over and repeat on other side. In a large skillet, brown meat on both sides in oil., Transfer to an 11x7-in. baking dish, reserving pan drippings. Stir remaining flour into skillet until smooth. Gradually add wine. Add the remaining ingredients., Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350° for 1-1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Steps:

  • Remove steaks from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking, allowing them to warm to room temperature.
  • Heat half of the grill to medium-high and leave the other side off.
  • Brush the steak with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grease the grates with oil, and then place the chuck eye steaks on the cool side for 25 minutes.
  • Then move the steak to the hot side and sear for about 2 minutes on each side.
  • Insert an instant thermometer into the thickest part of the steak. Remove from the grill at 120°F (49°C) for rare, 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare, and 140°F (60°C) for medium.
  • Transfer the steak to a plate, let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice against the grain to serve.
