You can probably tell from the name that this cheesy bacon and egg casserole is going to be your new favorite TATER TOTS hot dish!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Spread TATER TOTS onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Whisk eggs, milk and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl until blended. Stir in sour cream. Add bacon; mix well. Pour over TATER TOTS.
- Bake 45 min. or until heated through. Top with cheese; bake 10 min. or until melted. Sprinkle with onions just before serving.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 9"x13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside.
- As the oven preheats, cook the chopped bacon in a skillet until crisp. Scatter most on the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a large bowl, crack the eggs and season with milk, Creole seasoning, black pepper and salt, if necessary. Whisk together until combined.
- Pour on the egg mixture on top of the bacon.
- Sprinkle most of the cheese on top of the eggs.
- Line the pan with the tater tots.
- Add the rest of the cheese and bacon on top of the tater tops.
- Bake for 30 minutes uncovered.
- Raise the temperature to 425°F, and bake an additional 5-8 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the tots are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and enjoying!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain bacon on paper towels.
- Spread bacon into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to cover. Spread potato nuggets over the bacon.
- Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; pour over the layer of potato nuggets. Top with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until hot in the center, about 1 hour.

BACON & EGGS TATER TOT CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Cook the bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels. Crumble and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Line the bottom of the baking dish with the tater tots.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add half of the bacon, half of the green onions, and half of the cheese and stir well. Pour the mixture evenly over the tater tots.
- Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the tater tots are heated through. Sprinkle with the remaining half of the bacon, green onions, and cheese. Return the dish to the oven and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve warm topped with salsa.
TATER TOT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
This is an easy one dish casserole that is great for a breakfast, brunch, holiday or for overnight guests as a special breakfast. I make this Christmas morning before I wake everyone up to open presents and the smell of it cooking makes us hurry to open the presents so we can dig in! Very versitile recipe. I have added various ingredients such as sauteed mushrooms, green chilis, olives, sausage and onions to make a rich omelet-like dish. I sometimes serve with a NW favorite to top...Tiger Sauce. This recipe came from my friend Kyle and was an immediate hit with all.
