TASTY FISH AND SWEET POTATO CHIPS
Check out Sophie Jaffe's guilt free & satisfying California twist on an East Coast classic: Fish & Sweet Potato chips recipe. This dish is air fried, using our Philips Airfryer, which gives the fish fillet, almond crust, that crispy, yet delicious taste. Accompanied with sweet potato chips provide a nutritional boost to this meal.

Steps:
- 1. In a bowl, whisk the egg with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried thyme.
- 2. Dip each fish fillet into the egg mixture. Place on a plate, and sprinkle both sides with the almond flour, 0.25 cup per fillet, pressing with your hands to help coat the fish.
- 3. Add to air fryer on 390* for 12-15 minutes, flipping half way through.
- 4. Sweet Potatoes: Rinse your sweet potatoes and pat dry. Slice length wise and cover with oil of your choice. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika. Add into air fryer working in batches, spread an even layer of sweet potato fries in fryer basket. Cook at 375° for 8 minutes, flip fries, then cook 8 minutes more.

SWEET POTATO CHIPS RECIPE BY TASTY

- Preheat the oven to 400˚F (200˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the sweet potato into ⅛-inch to ¼-inch (3- to 6-mm) slices. In a medium bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil until fully coated. Add the seasonings and toss to coat. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet without overlapping the potatoes.
- Bake for 25 - 35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown. Let the slices cool to room temperature.
- Enjoy!

- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. In a large, shallow roasting tin, toss the potatoes with 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper. Roast for 25-30 mins, turning once or twice, until tender and crisp.
- Just before the chips are done, mix the flour, some salt, pepper and the Creole seasoning together on a plate. Dip the trout in the mix to evenly coat. Heat 2 tsp oil in a non-stick frying pan. When hot, carefully place the fish, skin-side down, in the pan. Fry for 3 mins, then flip and cook for 1-2 mins more or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil in a large pan. Add the spinach, cook until just wilted, then serve with the fish and hot chips.

- Prepare Sweet Potato Chips. Thaw fish, if frozen. Set aside. For batter, in a medium bowl whisk together flour, milk, ale, egg, the 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper until combined. Cover and chill batter for 30 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 250°F. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Cut fish crosswise into eight pieces.
- Dip four pieces of the fish in the batter, turning to coat and letting excess batter drip off. Fry fish pieces in the hot oil for 4 to 6 minutes or until golden brown and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, turning once halfway through frying time. Transfer fried fish to paper towels; let stand to drain. Place fish on a baking sheet; keep warm in the 250°F oven. Repeat with the remaining fish pieces.
