Steps:
- Add oats, walnuts and ground almonds to a large bowl and mix together.
- Add peanut butter, honey and cinnamon and mix.
- Add carrot and raisins to the mixture and mix until a everything has stuck together.
- Form into 12 balls and place on baking paper.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Enjoy!

EASY SAVORY CARROT BALLS
Steps:
- Start by preparing flax egg: in a small bowl whisk together ground flaxseeds with about 8 tablespoons of water. Let rest for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Add flax egg and rest of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well together. If you prefer a smoother finish, you can also add the mixture to a food processor and pulse a few times. Adjust seasoning if needed, then cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile preheat the oven to 200°C/400ºF. Form mixture into small balls with wet hands (use about 2 tablespoons of mixture per ball), and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Alternatively, fry them in hot oil until crispy, about 3-3 minutes each side. Enjoy!
ALMOST-RAW CARROT CAKE BLISS BALLS

- In a food processor, combine the sunflower seeds, 1 cup shredded coconut, cinnamon and salt and pulse until it becomes a fine meal.
- Add the dates and carrots and pulse until the mixture combines and sticks together. Taste and add more maple syrup if you would like your bites sweeter. If the mixture is too dry, add more maple syrup; if it's too moist, add more coconut and/or let the mix chill in the fridge for 20 minutes to firm up.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture, then use your hands to roll it into approximately 1-inch balls.
- Roll in the remaining coconut to coat the outside, if desired. Store in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 5 days.
