DIET SODA POP BROWNIES
My sister gave me this recipe. I was skeptical, but it was pretty good! I dusted the top with powdered sugar and served with ice cream and chocolate syrup drizzled on top. The calories Zaar calculated is off, but basically it will be whatever is indicated on the brownie mix package since all you're adding is diet pop. Any pop will do of course, not just Pepsi.

COCA COLA BROWNIES RECIPE
In a weird feat of cooking magic, you can actually bake brownies by substituting the wet ingredients (typically eggs and vegetable oil or butter) with a can of cola. The result is a dark, damp brownie with a fudgy yet springy crumb.

Steps:
- Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 350°F. Either grease baking pan with oil or cover with tin foil.
- In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, and baking powder until combined. Add cola, a little at a time because it will foam, until incorporated and batter forms. Pour batter into pan and bake until a tester inserted into the middle of the pan comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Top will be slightly sticky.
- Let cool completely in pan then cut into squares.

TASTE LIKE BROWNIE! ( WITH COKE )
I haven't tried this recipe yet. Looks interesting. Were I got it from didn't say servings. It's a complete guess. Also it didn't take 1 can of coke. I don't know how much they weigh so just use a can of it.Tell me what you think!! UPDATE Just made this, it wasn't that bad. Just be sure to grease the pan. I did have trouble cutting it though. It was very moist and soft. Almost too soft. Next time I make it I will try adding a egg or something to hold it together. Oh, and it doesn't really taste like a brownie. It's very caky. I guess the bubbly coke helps it to rise. Enjoy!!!
