- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. Spread into the bottom of a serving dish. Top with layers in the following order: shrimp, cocktail sauce, mozzarella cheese, green onion, green pepper, and tomato. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

- Gently thread the vegetables on the skewer, placing two or three pieces of each veggie on each skewer to make a pretty rainbow of colors. For Tangy Veggie Dip: In a medium bowl, use a fork to mix cream cheese and yogurt together until smooth. Stir in Dips mix. Chill, and then serve with veggies for dipping.
TANGY GUACAMOLE-RANCH DIP
Bring guacamole and ranch dressing together in this creamy dip for crunchy pita chips.

- Put the buttermilk, avocado, cilantro, dill, parsley, vinegar, scallions and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Fold in the tomato. Cover with plastic wrap that sits directly on top of the dip and refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 1 day before using. Serve with pita chips for dipping.

TANGY RANCH DIP DUO
I first tasted this when my brother made it for us and we all thought it was amazing (he left out the harissa). I was able to find the original on Food & Wine website - "This recipe begins with a bowl of creamy ranch dip; spoon half of it into another bowl and doctor it with cooked tomato paste and the Tunisian chile paste harissa."

Steps:
- Using the side of a knife, mash the garlic with a pinch of salt to a smooth paste. Transfer the garlic to a bowl and whisk in the yogurt, mayonnaise, buttermilk and pepper. Season with salt. Divide the dip into two bowls.
- In a small skillet, cook the oil, tomato paste and harissa over moderately low heat, stirring, until lightly browned, 2 minutes. Let cool slightly, then whisk the mixture into one bowl of dip. Serve the dips side by side.
