Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place potatoes directly on oven rack. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until tender.
- Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Slit potatoes with small knife. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the meat mixture onto each potato. Serve with desired toppings.

TACO BAKED POTATOES
This is a great hearty topping for baked potatoes. Makes a full meal. I found this recipe several years ago in Taste of Home magazine.

Steps:
- In a skillet, brown beef; drain.
- Add taco seasoning; prepare according to package directions.
- With a sharp knife, cut an X in the top of each potato; fluff pulp with a fork.
- Top with taco meat, cheese and onions.
- Serve with salsa and/or sour cream, if desired.
