Steps:
- Place tuna in single layer in large shallow glass dish.
- Combine soy sauce, vineger, sugar, water, sesame oil, hot chili oil and garlic in small bowl.
- Reserve 1/4 cup mixture and keep at room temperature.
- Pour remaining sauce over tuna steaks, cover and refrigerate 40 minutes, turning once.
- Preheat grill 5 minutes.
- Drain tuna and discard marinade.
- Spray both sides of grill with cooking spray.
- Grill 7 minutes, or until tuna is opaque, but still feels somewhat soft in center (do not overcook).
- Cut each tuna steak into thin slices (lenghtwise) and fan out onto serving platter.
- Drizzle tuna slices with reserved sauce and sprinkle with cilantro.
GRILLED TUNA STEAKS
This is a delicious, simple and healthy recipe for grilled ahi tuna steaks. If you're in a hurry you can skip marinading them for one hour and just cover them with the sauce and place them directly on the grill. You can cook these steaks on your barbecue or on a George Forman grill, or even on your stovetop. Good tuna should be purchased fresh and cooked so it is still pink in the middle -- just like a steak.

Steps:
- Combine lemon juice, cilantro, garlic, shallots, chili powder, cumin and salt. Mix well.
- Place tuna fillets in a large resealable bag.
- Pour marinade in bag and work it around until the steaks are covered. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Spray your grill with some non-stick cooking oil.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook on high heat. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side (4 to 5 minutes total if using a George Forman grill) or until they reach the desired doneness (they should still be pink in the middle).
- Serve with remaining cilantro.

- While beef is still partially frozen, trim away excess fat and slice thinly.
- Whisk together marinade and pour over beef in a ziplock bag; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Whisk together sauce in a small bowl and keep nearby.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat, stir-fry beef with marinade, mushrooms and onions until cooked through.
- Add sauce to wok, and cook, stirring, until sauce thickens.
- Serve stir-fry with steamed rice if desired.

- Gather the ingredients.
- Combine the oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, salt, and lemon peel in a small bowl and mix well.
- Rub marinade into the tuna steaks. Cover and refrigerate the tuna for 1 to 2 hours.
- Cook on a 2-sided grill for 2 to 3 minutes per each 1/2 inch of meat thickness, until done as desired. You can also cook on charcoal or gas grill, or on a cast-iron grill pan on the stove, 5 to 8 minutes, turning once, until done as you'd like.
