I did follow the instructions and enabled read access for anonymous ftp/presto/webdav on the folder's Permissions tab, and again under Advanced Permissions. And enabled it in the webdav server app, of course. The three "disable dir/modify/download" access options are also unchecked. Anonymous FTP worked right away when I enabled it for comparison.
