SWEET & SPICY FUSION BURGERS

- Place cabbage in a small bowl. In another small bowl, combine the sesame seeds, lemon juice, mustard and oil; pour over cabbage and toss to coat., In a large bowl, combine the chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, salt and pepper. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into four patties., Lightly oil the grill rack. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165° and juices run clear. , Serve on naan with cabbage mixture, cucumber, red pepper and cheese.

SPICY SOUTHWEST BURGERS
A great summer burger when you're wanting something spicy. Serve with your favorite beverage and add some spicy sweet potato fries alongside.

- 1. Combine meat, 2 tbsp. salsa and taco seasoning and mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
- 2. Heat grill and cook patties for 11-13 minutes total on medium heat or until meat is cooked through. Place one slice cheese on each patty and cook until cheese melts.
- 3. Grill buns, cut side down, on grill for 1-2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Place meat on buns and top with 1 tbsp. salsa and any other condiments you choose, onion, lettuce tomato.
SWEET AND SPICY PORK BURGERS
This tasty burger recipe is from "5-Ingredient Grilling". These burgers are great with sweet potato fries and a cold beer!

- In a large bowl mix bbq sauce, breadcrumbs, and pepper blend. Add pork and mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
- Direct grill over medium coals for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through grilling.
- Serve on kaiser rolls, topped with lettuce, tomato, onions, or your favorite toppings!

- Place cabbage in a small bowl. In another small bowl, combine the sesame seeds, lemon juice, mustard and oil; pour over cabbage and toss to coat.

- Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 165° and juices run clear.
- Spread four flatbread halves with cheese. Top with burgers, cucumber, red pepper and cabbage mixture.
