SWEET POTATO SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
I wasn't sure sweet potatoes would go well with pasta and kielbasa, but the earthy tuber complements the slightly smoky Polish sausage. You can add more cheese or sausage to suit your taste.-Rickey Madden, Clinton, South Carolina

SWEET POTATO SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
This is so delicious. I never would have thought to combine sweet potatoes with spinach and sausage. I didn't have spinach so I used broccoli and cauliflower that were diced pretty small. Super flavorful. Recipe courtesy of www.chewoutloud.com.
