1 /4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 small red onion, diced
Juice of whole lemon
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Cut the avocados into quarters. Remove the seeds, peel and place in a mixing bowl. Mash with a potato masher or fork until chunky. Add the remaining ingredients and combine with a fork. Mound on a bed of shredded lettuce and garnish with sliced tomatoes sprinkle with the black pepper garnish. Serve immediately.

Steps:

  • Remove the avocado from its skin and start mashing with a fork in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle with desired amount of garlic salt and pepper.
  • Add desired amount of salsa (I prefer La Victoria Salsa Suprema medium).
  • I guarantee this guac will taste great, and you can mix it up in about 1 minute.
  • Enjoy.

I really like the blend of favors and the fact that it's not chunky, but creamy instead. It's very addictive, and perfect for those late-night snack cravings...(NOTE: Cooking time is chill time.)

1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or Frank's hot sauce)
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • Dump all ingredients into a food processor (or blender) and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning, if needed.
  • Refrigerate in a covered container. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
