Sunset Margarita Food

GRAPEFRUIT MARGARITA

Steps:

• Moisten rim of 1 cocktail glass with grapefruit slice. If desired, sprinkle salt on a plate; dip rim in salt. Fill glass with ice., In an empty cocktail shaker, combine tequila, Triple Sec and grapefruit juice. Fill with ice; cover and shake until frost forms on the outside of the shaker, 15-20 seconds. Strain into prepared glass and top with grenadine (it will sink to the bottom of the glass). Garnish with grapefruit slice.

SANTA BARBARA RANCHO SUNSET MARGARITA

Steps:

• Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes or semi-crushed ice. Pour the tequila over the ice and add the lemonade and grapefruit soda. Cover the glass with a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds. Add a splash of pomegranate juice, garnish with a lime slices and enjoy an original Margarita.

KEY LARGO SUNSET MARGARITA

Steps:

• Rub rim of 1 margarita glass with lime; dip into sugar. Add mango and strawberry purees to glass. Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add tequila, orange juice, Cointreau and lime juice. Cover; shake vigorously. Pour into glass. If desired, garnish with mint sprig and lime zest.

SUNSET MARGARITA

Steps:

• Put about 1 cup ice cubes in a pitcher. Pour in tequila, triple sec, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir well and divide between two cocktail glasses. Using the back of a large spoon, carefully pour 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice down the inner side of each glass. Garnish each with fresh lime peel, crushed slightly just before adding.
