SUNDAY MORNING SURPRISE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease the bottom and sides of a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
• Pull crescent roll dough out of the can; slice dough into 1/2-inch pieces. Arrange over the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top. Drop teaspoonfuls of the Neufchatel cheese on top.
• Whisk eggs and milk together in a small bowl. Pour into the baking dish.
• Bake in the preheated oven until the center is set, 40 to 50 minutes.

SUNDAY SUNRISE SURPRISE (SALLYE)

Steps:

• 1. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice. Pour vodka over the ice, then pour both juices over the ice (use more juice if needed to fill glass) Stir to blend Thinly slice an orange and lime and use those slices as garnish (optional) on edge of glass

MORNING SUNRISE

Steps:

• In a blender, blend the strawberry preserves and berries until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a small bowl and chill until needed. Note: this can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
• In a clean blender combine the bananas and remaining smoothie ingredients until smooth.
• To serve use a 10 oz wine goblet, Fill with 1/4 cup strawberry puree and pour banana mixture over to fill glass. This creates a 'sunrise' in your glass. Garnish with a fresh berry and orange slice.

SUNDAY SURPRISE

Steps:

• In a deep frying pan over high heat, saute butter, tofu, onion and Chinese five- spice seasoning until onions begin to appear translucent.
• Stir mushrooms into the frying pan, and reduce heat to medium-high. Let cook for 15 minutes; you will notice the mushrooms releasing their juices. Stir constantly, so that nothing gets burned onto the bottom of the pan.
• Place torn bread in the bottom of each serving dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top of the bread. With a ladle, scoop out mushroom-mixture (including the mushroom broth) and ladle it over the bread and cheese. Serve immediately.
