Summer Solstice Sake Sparkler Food
PROSECCO-PEAR SPARKLER
Prosecco and Prosecco-based cocktails are a delicious and refreshing way to start your meal. This sparkler showcases pear to celebrate the fall season and for a nice touch of sweetness, plus vodka and lemon for a refreshing dry and sour kick.

Steps:
- Combine the pear nectar, vodka and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until cold, then strain into a champagne flute or coupe.
- Top the drink with the prosecco. Garnish with a pear slice and lemon zest.
SAKE SHOOTER
Steps:
- Fill each shot glass with 1/2 tablespoon cucumber. Top with oyster and its liquor. Top that with 1 tablespoon chilled sake and garnish with zest. Serve in a bed of crushed ice.
