Sugar Free Cake Mix Cookies Food

CAKE MIX SUGAR COOKIES

Steps:

• In a large bowl mix cake mix, butter, egg and milk.
• Do not over mix.
• Shape dough in a ball.
• Chill for 2 hours.
• Roll 1/8 inch on a floured surface.
• Cut out with a floured cookie cutters.
• Place 2 inchs apart on a cookie sheet that has been very lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
• Bake at 375 degrees for 6-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
• Cool slightly.
• Move to rack to cool fully.
• Store in airtight container.

PILLSBURY CAKE MIX COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs. Stir well with a spoon or spatula.
• Shape dough into individual balls. Place onto baking sheet and flatten them out with the bottom of a flour dipped glass.
• Bake for 6-8 minutes or until edges are golden.
• Completely cool the cookies before frosting them. Decorate with frosting and mini m&m's or mini Chocolate Chips.

SUGAR FREE CAKE MIX CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 
• Add all ingredients to a bowl, except for the keto chocolate chips. Mix well and then fold in chips.
• With your hands roll out balls of the dough and place on the baking tray, leaving enough room in between for them to spread. Then lightly press them into cookie shapes.
• Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until firm to touch.
• Leave on the tray for 5 minutes then move to wire rack to cool completely.
