Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together beef, onion, garlic, egg substitute, and ketchup in a mixing bowl.
- Pinch bread into small pieces and add to meat mixture; add milk slowly, trying to achieve a sticky but firm loaf consistency.
- You may need slightly less milk, or a little more, depending on the water and texture of your beef.
- Spray a loaf baking pan with non-stick spray; shape meat into loaf and place in pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Serve with gravy, or top with bbq or marinara sauce before baking.

My wife, Sue doesn't cook much, but there are a few dishes that are her specialties. This meatloaf is one of them. I don't think the kiddos would eat any other meatloaf. We usually have it doubled or tripled. Having some for leftovers are a must.

Steps:
- Put all ingredients into large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray so that the meat loaf does not stick.
- Form a loaf in a casserole dish.
- Cover with ketchup.
- Place into oven at about 400°F for about one to one-and-a-half hours.
- Easily doubled.

I make my meatloaf at least once every two weeks for my family -- it is the favorite dinner. I don't like any other meat loaf. It also slices thin the next day for sandwiches.

- Combine all in a large bowl with your hands.
- form into a loaf and put on a well greased casarole dish -- you should have about 2" space around the loaf on a sides.
- Bake at 375 for 45 minute.
- serve with baked or mashed potatoes and broccoli or stringbeans or peas.
