STUFFED CELERY WITH CHEESE, BACON, AND HERBS
Celery sticks stuffed with a creamy and delicious filling and topped with crispy bacon bits are sure to become your new favourite keto snack!

Steps:
- Fry the bacon on a very hot pan until it's crispy. Set aside on pieces of paper towel to drain and cool.
- Clean the celery stalks, cut them in thirds, and set aside. Clean the fresh herbs and chop them into smaller pieces.
- Add the cream cheese to a food processor and process until whipped and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Add in the cheddar cheese, fresh herbs, salt, pepper, and bacon bits and pulse until combined. Scrape down the sides as necessary.
- Spoon the filling into the middle of the celery sticks, leaving an inch on the bottom free of filling and sprinkle with bacon pieces.

BACON CRANBERRY WALNUT STUFFED CELERY
Okay, I made these for a tea party that we held at our school for the graduating senior girls and their moms. They were a great success and are extremely easy and diverse.

Steps:
- 1. Cook bacon (crispy), drain on paper towels. Chop walnuts, Craisins, and green onion. In a small bowl, combine: Cream cheese, bacon, walnuts, Craisins, green onion, heavy cream, and garlic powder. Stir until mixed well. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes (to combine flavors).
- 2. Clean celery and cut into desired portion size.
- 3. Stuffing Celery: Carefully spread cream cheese mixture into each portion of celery. I personally use a piping bag with a LARGE tip. You can do the same with a Ziploc bag with a large hole cut in a corner. Refrigerate until time to serve, keep chilled.

GRANDMA'S STUFFED CELERY
My grandma always made stuffed celery at Thanksgiving and Christmas. As kids, we were always so hungry before the holiday meal we would sneak and get a piece of celery to curb our appetite. It was nearly all gone by meal time and we always got fussed at with hint of a grin from Grandma. Now I never have holiday meals without it!

I created this recipe a few Thanksgivings ago, and it is just plain DELISH! Try it on your family for another appetizer to munch on before, during and after Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner!

Steps:
- Wash, and cut the celery. Dry celery stalks with a paper towel (IMPORTANT).
- Cut into 3" pieces, and set aside.
- Put cream cheeses into a glass bowl. Put in microwave for 45 secs., until soft.
- Add milk and cream together. Start with 1 T. and add more, if needed to make a creamy texture.
- Add Vegetable Soup dip mix, and mix well.
- Stuff celery with cream cheese mixture.
- Put in a plastic container or on a serving plate, wrap, and put in refrigerator for at least 1 hours.
- Serve.
