My Mom used to make this for me when I was a kid. I loved it then and I still love it! Especially on hot days!

Ingredients

2 cups milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup frozen strawberries

Steps:

In a blender, combine milk, honey, vanilla and frozen strawberries. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Ingredients

3 -4 large fresh strawberries, thinly sliced, plus 1 whole berry for garnish
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 -2 large basil sprig, plus extra for garnish
ice
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1 ounce lemon juice
3 -4 ounces chilled soda water

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine the strawberries and sugar, toss well. Let sit for 15 minutes.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the basil and strawberries and any juice collected in the bowl. Gently crush using a muddler or wooden spoon.
Fill the shaker with ice, then add the vodka and lemon juice. Cap the shaker.
Shake vigorously. Pour into a large glass, then top with soda water. Stir.
Garnish with a strawberry and fresh basil.

1/4 cup whole milk
Handful ice
Whipped cream, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Steps:

Combine the strawberries, milk, and ice in a blender and blend on high until just smooth. Divide the mixture between 2 cups, top with a swirl of whipped cream and a cherry. Serve immediately.
