Strawberry Pink Lemonade Mimosa Food

STRAWBERRY PINK LEMONADE MIMOSA

Steps:

• Pour 2 oz of Pink Lemonade and 1 oz of Strawberry vodka into Champagne flute and top off with chilled Prosecco.
• Garnish with a lemon slice or twist.
• Enjoy!

EASY STRAWBERRY PINK LEMONADE

Steps:

• Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
• Serve immediately over ice.

STRAWBERRY PINK LEMONADE

Steps:

• Add water to drink mix in plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved. Pour half into blender. Add half the berries; blend until smooth.
• Pour over ice in 4 tall glasses. Repeat with remaining ingredients to fill a total of 8 ice-filled glasses.
• Serve immediately.

STRAWBERRY, LEMON AND BASIL MIMOSA

Steps:

• Combine the basil, lemon juice and agave in a pitcher. Using a wooden spoon, lightly crush the basil. Stir in the strawberries, Prosecco and soda water. Pour into chilled champagne glasses and serve.

ALMOST-FAMOUS STRAWBERRY LEMONADE

Steps:

• Make the lemon syrup: Bring the lemon zest, 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1 1/2 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring, until the sugar dissolves; let cool to room temperature.
• Meanwhile, make the strawberry syrup: Toss the strawberries and the remaining 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl and let sit at room temperature until the sugar dissolves, about 45 minutes. Strain the strawberry mixture; reserve the strawberry syrup and berries separately.
• Make the lemonade: Combine the lemon juice, lemon syrup, salt and 2 cups cold water in a pitcher. For each drink, put about 1 tablespoon of the strawberry syrup in a tall glass. Fill with ice, then top with the lemonade and some of the reserved strawberries.
