Strawberry Melon Fizz Food

FRESH WATERMELON STRAWBERRY SODA

Steps:

• Place all the ingredients (except the club soda and ice) in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
• Once blended, pour into a serving pitcher and top with club soda and ice. Give the mixture a good stir.
• Taste and adjust according to preferences such as adding more honey for additional sweetness or more strawberries for a stronger berry flavour.
• Stir in ice cubes just prior to serving. Best served immediately or chilled.

WATERMELON FIZZ

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 40 seconds. Pour into glasses.

STRAWBERRY TEQUILA FIZZ-ARITA

Steps:

• Muddle 3 chopped strawberries in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 egg white, 1 1/2 ounces tequila, 1 ounce Lillet Rose, 3/4 ounce each lemon juice and simple syrup and 2 dashes orange bitters; shake 30 seconds. Add ice and shake 30 more seconds. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a strawberry.

STRAWBERRY MELON FIZZ

Steps:

• In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, water and mint; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Remove from the heat; allow to cool completely. Discard mint. , Combine strawberries and melon. Just before serving, fill tall glasses with fruit and drizzle each with 1 tablespoon syrup. Add ginger ale to each glass.

WATERMELON FIZZ

Steps:

• Blend coconut water, watermelon, and stevia together in a blender until smooth.
• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add watermelon mixture. Cover shaker and shake until chilled; pour into a poco grande glass.

STRAWBERRY MELON FIZZ

Steps:

• 1. In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, water, and mint; bring to boil. Boil and sir until a candy thermometer reads 240* (soft-ball stage). Remove from the heat; allow to cool. Discard mint.
• 2. Combine strawberries and melon. Just before serving, fill tall glasses with fruit and drizzle with 1 tablespoon syrup. Add ginger ale to each.
