STRAWBERRY MARGARITA SPRITZERS

Steps:

• Pulse the first 5 ingredients in a blender until smooth.
• Pour into a pitcher, and stir in club soda just before serving.
• Serve over ice; garnish, if desired.

STRAWBERRY MARGARITAS ON THE ROCKS

Steps:

• Add the strawberries, water, granulated sugar, and salt to a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally and allow the water to come to a boil.
• As soon as the sugar dissolved, remove it from the heat and allow it to steep, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
• Place a fine-mesh sieve over a large bowl or measuring pitcher and strain the strawberries. Discard the berries or save them for another use.
• Stir in the lime juice (if using), transfer to a storage container, and refrigerate until ready to use.
• Add the tequila, orange liqueur, and strawberry syrup to a measuring pitcher or a shaker and stir.
• Have ready a rocks glass filled with ice and pour the mix on top. Serve with a lime wedge and enjoy!

PERFECT STRAWBERRY MARGARITA (5 MINUTES!)

Steps:

• Cut a notch in a lime wedge, then run the lime around the rim of two glasses. Dip the edge of each rim into a plate of salt (or for a festive look, use our Margarita Salt).
• Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until fully combined: you can blend until it's an icy texture, or keep blending for a minute or so until it's more liquid. Taste and add additional sweetener if desired. Pour into the glasses and serve.
