1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 1/2 ounces tequila
1 ounce triple sec
1 ounce lime juice
Garnish: strawberry

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • In a blender, chop 1 cup ice and the strawberries.
  • Add the tequila, triple sec, and lime juice, and blend briefly to incorporate the liquids and create a smooth margarita.
  • Pour the contents into a chilled margarita glass.
  • Garnish with a strawberry. Serve and enjoy.

1-1/4 cups crushed pretzels
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup puréed strawberries
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Mix pretzel crumbs and butter in 13x9-inch pan; press onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Combine condensed milk, puréed strawberries and lime juice in large bowl. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
  • Freeze 6 hours. Remove from freezer about 15 min. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Serve topped with sliced strawberries.

8 ounces Blanco tequila
3 ounces Cointreau
4 ounces lime juice
4 ounces simple syrup
2 cups frozen strawberry slices
1 cup ice
Coarse salt, for rimming, optional
Sliced strawberries, for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients in a blender: Into a blender add, tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, simple syrup, frozen strawberries, and ice. Process until smooth for about 30 seconds. For a more slushy-type cocktail, use between 1/4 to 1/3 cup of ice.
  • Rim glasses with salt: Pour salt onto a plate slightly larger than your glasses. Take a lime slice and rub it around the rim of the glasses and lightly press or roll the glasses at an angle to coat with salt.
  • Serve cocktails: Pour the frozen cocktail equally between the glasses, garnish with a strawberry slice, and enjoy!

1-1/2 cups crushed pretzels
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1-1/3 cups orange juice
1 cup crushed strawberries
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Mix pretzels and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gradually add orange juice, beating well after each addition. Stir in crushed strawberries. Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over crust.
  • Freeze several hours or until firm. Remove from freezer; let stand in refrigerator about 15 min. before cutting into 16 slices to serve. Store leftover dessert in freezer.

2 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 cups pretzel sticks, thin salted
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk, well chilled
8 3/4 ounces mascarpone cheese
6 tablespoons tequila
1 tablespoon lime zest, grated
2 tablespoons lime juice

Steps:

  • Lightly coat a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick spray. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  • Thinly slice 3/4 cup strawberries, set aside. Cut remaining berries in half; toss with sugar and spread on lined sheet. Freeze about 30 minutes until partially frozen.
  • Crust: Process pretzels and sugar in food processor to make fine crumbs. Add butter, pulse until blended. Press evenly over bottom and sides of pie plate. Freeze 10 minutes, or until firm.
  • Clean processor. Add sugared halved strawberries; process until pureed. Add remaining ingrediensts (except sliced berries); pulse until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, stir in sliced strawberries.
  • Spoon into crust and freeze uncovered at least 6 hours. Wrap airtight and freeze at least 2 hours more.

1 lb strawberries, halved (3 1/2 cups)
1 tablespoon finely grated fresh lime zest (from 3 limes)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 2 limes)
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons tequila
2 tablespoons triple sec, Cointreau, or other orange-flavored liqueur
1 1/2 cups chilled heavy cream
Garnish: small strawberries

Steps:

  • Make crust:
  • Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Stir together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter in a bowl with a fork until combined well, then press mixture evenly onto bottom and up side of a buttered 9-inch metal or glass pie plate (4-cup capacity).
  • Bake 10 minutes, then cool in pie plate on a rack, about 30 minutes.
  • Make filling:
  • Purée strawberries, zest, lime juice, condensed milk, tequila, and liqueur in a blender until just smooth, then transfer to a large bowl.
  • Beat cream in another bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until it just holds stiff peaks. Fold one third of cream into strawberry mixture gently but thoroughly to lighten, then fold in remainder in 2 batches.
  • Pour filling into crust, mounding it slightly, and freeze, uncovered, until firm, about 4 hours. Remove from freezer and let soften in refrigerator, about 40 minutes, before serving (pie should be semisoft).

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
