Steps:
- Place strawberries & ½ cup water into a high performing blender or food processor until completely pureed. Pour into small bowl and mix in 1 tbsp. chia seeds.
- Rinse blender / food processor.
- Repeat first step but this time with the mango!
- Spoon the fruit mixtures into popsicles however you'd like - I just alternated spoonful's of each until the mould was filled.
- Place in freezer overnight and enjoy once completely frozen!

- In a blender, combine the strawberries with 1/4 cup Simply Orange Low Acid and blend until completely smooth. Pour the mixture among 8 popsicle molds.
- Rinse the blender out and add the mango chunks and remaining 3/4 cup orange juice and blend until smooth. Pour the mango mixture over the strawberry mix, filling the molds to the top. Use a knife to gently swirl some of the strawberry puree up into the mango puree. If desired add a few thinly sliced strawberries to each mold.
- Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for 1 hour. Remove and insert popsicle sticks. Return to the freezer and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. To remove the popsicles run the mold under hot water for 10 seconds and then pull the popsicles out of the molds. Store in the freezer.
