Here's a tasty twist on the classic mimosa. To make this refreshing drink friendly for kids or mamas-to-be, substitute lemon-lime soda or ginger ale for the champagne. -Kelly Maxwell, Plainfield, Illinois

Ingredients

7 cups sliced fresh strawberries (about 2 quarts)
3 cups orange juice
4 cups champagne, chilled
GARNISHES:
Optional: Fresh strawberries and orange slices

Steps:

Place half each of the strawberries and orange juice in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Press the mixture through a fine mesh strainer. Repeat with remaining strawberries and orange juice. , Pour a scant 2/3 cup strawberry mixture into each champagne flute or wine glass. Top each with about 1/3 cup champagne. If desired, serve each with a strawberry and an orange slice.

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1-1/2 cups halved fresh strawberries
1 medium mango, peeled and chopped
4 to 6 ice cubes
Sugar substitute equivalent to 1 tablespoon sugar

Steps:

In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30-45 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
